FFM Certification for Agents and Brokers
As of Monday, July 13, 2026, the CMS Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) is closed for Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) 2026 certification. This “Go Dark” period allows CMS to prepare for Plan Year 2027 registration and training.

Are you a new agent to the Marketplace?
If you are new agent and have not completed FFM training in prior years, you will need to create a CMS Enterprise Portal account and complete a few required steps before you can access the training. Click here for a step by step guide to set up your CMS account.
