FFM Certification for Agents and Brokers

Plan year 2027 FFM training for returning agents is now available. FFM training for new agents is not currently available. 

All agents will need to complete FFM training on the CMS Marketplace Learning Management system.

To get started:

• Log in to the CMS Enterprise Portal

  • If you do not have an ID.me or Login.gov account, you will be asked to create one.

  • Select Continue for either ID.me or Login.gov.

  • When completing identify proofing, use personal information, not work information.

• New this year: Link your CMS Enterprise Portal account to your Login.gov or ID.me account. You can use a personal account you already have (like one you use for SSA.gov). The old EUA/IDM-only login is no longer enough on its own.

   

• Select the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM)/Request for MLMS Training Access application

   

• Select the Agent and Broker Training Access Role

   

• Complete the Agent and Broker Profile

   

• Begin Marketplace Training
